Mproof signs a new partner in France

Mproof, a Mproof Nederland related company and leading provider of IT service management, customer support, managed services and self service software for the mid-tier market, has continued its expansion in France with the signing of a new partner, Acial. With more than 15 years experience and over 120 consultants, Paris-based Acial are well-established in this region. They enjoy being one of the most respected consulting companies in France, offering a comprehensive array of services to its clients. Acial will act as a solution provider, reselling Mproof's core IT Service Management solution, Clientele ITSM.

Acial, who have enjoyed a 70% growth over the last 5 years, are dedicated in assisting its clients in the optimization and quality improvement of their information systems. Clientele ITSM is focused firmly around the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) which will be of great value to Acial's clients. Acial were looking for a solution that would be straight forward when deploying to clients, flexible in its implementation and one that provided more robust functionality out of the box; Clientele ITSM met all of these criteria.
